Q: Why don’t you have reader comments enabled?
A1: I don’t have time to police them.
A2: I am not interested in having my work derailed by “smart boys” who read something earlier in their lives and suddenly need to share it. Especially when they didn't live it. (This is a huge problem with the self reliance community.)

Q: Why don’t you include Amazon.com links to the things you mention?
A: I despise the demons that run Amazon and refuse to support them. You should eschew them as well and stop supporting murder of the pre-born.
